Latest MOST WANTED!

A thief last seen robbing a local merchant stealing some of his wool, and valuable gold!
When militia arrived at the scene the merchant was cut on his left cheeck and arm. He was hollering in pain, but still told the militia the story of what happened. The thief was wearing dark robbings, making him almost unidentifiable, but they still saw a slight bit of his face. This is what the merchant described:
